Registration Instructions
- Completed Registration Form
- Copy of the Birth Certificate
- One Recent Photo (Passport size) or Photo ID.
- Certificate of Baptism or First Holy Communion(if applicable).
Registrations are done during office hours, Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM; Sunday, 11 AM to 1 PM.
Applications are available in the Rectory or right here online.
Age Requirement for the Sacraments
- Baptism & First Communion - 7 years or older
- Confirmation - 13 years or older.
